Proper installation of wave board
First, waveform selection
1, if the PC wave board as a lighting belt, the PC wave board and color plate specifications can be similar.
2. If PC wave board is used as skylight, PC wave board and color steel plate specifications and models are consistent:
Idea: 1, if the span of the purlin is too large, it may cause PC wave board warping deformation, causing water leakage.
2, it is recommended to choose a thickness of more than 1.2mm.

1 Side lap common color plate
It is recommended that the PC wave board is placed on the color steel tile above, the PC wave board can be pressurized by stainless steel, aluminum alloy or color steel plate, the width of the strip is about 30mm, the longitudinal rib gengjia, the thickness is >=0.5mm, the lap is better with the support of the bottom.
2 Sandwich composite board
If it is overlapped with the sandwich composite wave board, the screw fixing place is added to support the wave plate to better fix the PC light plate.
3 Sandwich plate
If the PC wave board is overlapped with the sandwich plate, the foam at the joint of the sandwich plate is excavated and the reverse side of the PC trapezoidal wave is the positive overlap.
4 Connect the cables lengthwise
Generally, the length of the longitudinal lap is >300mm. If the wave type of the PC wave board is inconsistent, the length of the lap board is >500mm
